"The Clinical Eye" is the proprietary, evaluation engine of the O.R.T.A. Professional Soccer Academy. Its founder and US Technical Director spent years as one of the top women's soccer agents in the U.S. — negotiating with, and placing players in, professional soccer clubs in Spain and across Europe. Sophie Castro, the first player developed under the O.R.T.A. Academy's methodology, signed with Deportivo Alavés B in Spain in 2024 and competed in the UEFA Champions League qualifying in 2025. Every evaluation is scored against a benchmark framework built with the cooperation of Coach Fran Escuin, a UEFA Pro-licensed coach, who is the O.R.T.A. Academy's technical director in Spain.
